Planning Your Visit to Dumaguete

International Baptist Church is located 1Km from the Sibulan/Dumaguete airport.  At this time there are two commercial airlines with daily flights into and out of Dumaguete – Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines.  Cebu Pacific offers flights to/from Dumaguete and both Manila and Cebu.  Philippine Airlines offers flights between Dumaguete and Manila.

There are various forms of transportation available at the airport to help you get to where you are going.



There are two ports in the Dumaguete area.  The Dumaguete port has many ferries.  There is also a port in Sibulan with boats and a RORO (roll-on roll-off) to Cebu Island.

There are several restaurants in Dumaguete with new ones popping up frequently.  Some familiar places in the city are McDonalds (downtown), KFC (Robinson’s Mall), Shakey’s Pizza (Robinson’s Mall).

From Dumaguete there are opportunities for dolphin watching and whale watching.  Many visit this area for diving and snorkelling.  Nearby are very scenic spots including waterfalls.
